    Blowing Dust and Trash

     

    One of the features I designed on this game was a global dynamic wind force.  The wind would dynamically change velocity and direction, and those values could be fed into any particle effect I built.  In this instance, the wind will blow around the dust and trash- but only when the velocity was high enough.
